BACKGROUND AND CHALLENGES
The company needed a system that could automate repetitive sales tasks and support personalized workflows, and the growing importance of non-face-to-face channels required a strategy and solution to effectively manage and leverage them. To respond to these challenges, LS Mtron integrated Salesforce's Sales Cloud, Partner Community, Tableau, and i2Notiforce to accelerate the organization's digital transformation and lay the foundation for effective achievement of strategic goals.
RESULTS
Sales Cloud played a key role in building a B2B CRM that aligns the strategic direction of the headquarters and branches, enabling us to accumulate customer data, obtain a 360 single view of customers, and manage information integration.
By leveraging Partner Community, we are able to systematically manage our distributors, sales, and sales stages, which has led to more accurate demand forecasting.
With Tableau, we have implemented a data-driven system for assigning tasks and monitoring KPIs, which has greatly improved the efficiency of our sales efforts.
In addition, i2Notiforce was used to build a B2B local messaging system to enhance customer communication by utilizing mobile and Kakao Biz messaging capabilities linked to Salesforce. These systems have a flexible structure for future international expansion, providing a strong foundation for LS Mtron as it prepares to enter the global market.
The implementation of Salesforce solutions has brought about many changes for LS Mtron. In particular, the implementation of B2B CRM has aligned the strategic direction of the headquarters and branches, making it easier for the entire organization to achieve its goals.
The accumulation and integrated management of customer data has made it possible to provide customized services based on a deeper understanding of customers, which has contributed significantly to customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships.
Systematic management of sales and sales processes and improved accuracy of demand forecasts have enabled optimization of inventory management and marketing strategies. Data-driven task allocation and KPI monitoring have significantly increased the productivity and efficiency of the sales team, while the implementation of a B2B local messaging system has effectively strengthened communication with customers.
The flexible system structure has also helped LS Mtron maintain current operational efficiency while preparing for future global expansion.
