Is there anything I should keep in mind when submitting my application?

Please carefully read the requirements, preferred qualifications , and job description carefully before submitting an application!
Depending on the position you are applying for, we may also ask for a portfolio.
Any misrepresentation in your application materials and throughout the recruiting process may result in your job offer being revoked.
Please be aware that the application process may vary slightly from position to position.

Can I reapply?

If you are applying for a similar position, we recommend waiting 6 months before reapplying.
If you are reapplying for a similar position, we would like to hear what has changed about your experience and qualifications since your original application.

Is it possible to apply for multiple positions?

You may apply for multiple positions, but each application will be processed separately.
In the event that you are selected for more than one position, we will check which position you are most interested in.

I want to update my documents after submitting my application! What can I do?

If you would like to update your documents after submitting your application, feel free to email us at hr@i2max.co.kr!
(When emailing, please include your name and the position you applied for)

How will I know the results of the document screening process?

Only successful applicants will be notified.
The document screening process usually takes 1-2 weeks. However, please note that applications are processed in the order they are received, and there may be delays accordingly.

How will the interview be conducted? What is the interview format?

Interviews are generally conducted in person. First-round interviews are run by the department you applied for, to verify relevant job expertise. Second-round interviews are with executives and are intended to check for broader organizational compatibility.

What should I wear to my interview?

While there is no specific dress code, we recommend that you dress as neatly as possible. You should present yourself in a manner that is appropriate for an interview.

Will you provide confirmation that I attended an interview?

Simply make a verbal request before the interview or email us afterwards at hr@i2max.co.kr and we will provide proof of attendance over email.

How will I know the results of my interview?

All applicants are notified of the outcome of their interview, regardless of pass or fail.
If there is a high volume of interviews being conducted, there may be some delay in notifying you of your results. We will notify you as soon as possible, and we appreciate your understanding.
