Understand the various features of the Salesforce solution and provide guidance on standard and custom features.

Since you will be using Salesforce’s built in drag-and-drop settings, you don’t necessarily need to know how to code.

Manage and lead multiple projects as the point of contact between the customer and your team.

Analyze the gap between the customer’s current state (as-is) and requirements (to-be), designing new solutions and processes to bridge the gap. 
Facilitate communication between customers and developers, ensuring that requirements are translated into solutions.
Participate in key meetings with customers, including requirements analysis, system demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
Determine the feasibility of the solution implementation plan and strategy through detailed documentation.

-Strong customer-facing presentation and communication skills
-BA Experience with Salesforce or similar solution-based products
-Development, consulting, or hands-on Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions

With a solid understanding of Salesforce, you will play a critical role in helping customers make decisions about adopting Salesforce by presenting custom demonstrations to customers and leading needs discovery meetings.
Quickly identify customer needs in the early stages of a sales opportunity, present the best way to meet their requirements, and communicate the value our solutions will bring to their business. 
Proactively learns about the rapidly changing Salesforce environment and technologies for effective demo delivery and passes this knowledge on to customers and colleagues.
