Organizational Culture
We constantly strive for an organizational culture where we can “grow together”
To make the transition to i2max easier and faster for new employees, we have a three-month onboarding programme that includes formal Salesforce training. During this time, employees are in constant communication with their leaders to help shape their growth roadmap at i2max. We also host our own webinars where we actively share job-related knowledge with each other.
We use "professional" rather than job titles to foster a culture of free and open communication. We are a horizontal, role-based organization that respects individual capabilities.
With our flexible working hours, employees are free to come to work whenever they want between 8am and 10am, enabling them to work more efficiently.
We hold quarterly 'performance sharing meetings' to share the organization’s performance and status, and we also have online and offline communication channels where you can freely ask and answer questions.
